What if I don't use USD?
When shopping on our website, payments will be processed in USD. If your credit/debit card company or bank uses a different currency, the final transaction price may differ due to currency exchange rates. Please contact your payment provider for further information.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to over 170 countries worldwide. Please note that all international shipping addresses must be written in English to avoid delays or returns by postal carriers.
We currently do not ship to the following countries:
Belarus, Ghana, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Myanmar (Burma), Nigeria, Palestinian Territories, Russia, or Zimbabwe.
Will I have to pay customs fees or duties?
For international orders, your country may charge customs fees or import duties before releasing your package. These charges vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility. Sevrnce does not cover or reimburse these fees.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for details specific to your region. If your package is held at customs, please check your mail or email for any notifications and contact your local postal office for assistance.
My tracking hasn’t updated, or I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
-
If you are in the USA and it has been more than 7 days since your package shipped—or 21 days for international orders—check your tracking info for the latest updates. Delays can happen during transit.
-
If tracking hasn’t updated in over 21 days, your package may be lost. Here’s what to do:
-
Review the last tracking update.
-
Contact USPS (or your local postal carrier) for any available updates.
-
Check with your local post office to see if your package is being held.
-
Once your package has shipped, it is under the control of the postal carrier. Sevrnce is not responsible for lost packages after shipment, but if your package is lost and not returned to us, contact us at support@sevrnce.com and we’ll do our best to help.
What if my package is stuck in customs?
Packages may be delayed at customs due to unpaid duties or taxes.
-
Check your mail or email for customs notifications.
-
Contact your local post office or customs office for updates.
Customs delays are beyond our control, but most packages clear within a few days.
What happens if my package is returned to sender?
If your package is returned to us, we will notify you. You can choose to:
-
Have it re-shipped (shipping costs are your responsibility), or
-
Request a refund for the item (original shipping fees are non-refundable).
My package was lost, stolen, or damaged—what should I do?
-
Contact your postal carrier to file a claim or dispute. U.S. orders include $100 insurance.
-
If the carrier cannot resolve the issue, contact us at support@sevrnce.com.
Sevrnce is not liable for packages once they have been shipped, but we’ll work with you to find a resolution.
I entered the wrong address or ordered the wrong size—can I change it?
If your order has not shipped, we can update your address or change your size (if available).
If your order has already shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
