Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items in new, unworn condition. Sale items are final and cannot be returned. Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs.
For full details, see our Return Policy.

I received a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item. What should I do?

If your package arrives damaged, please file a claim with the shipping carrier directly.
If the item inside is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, contact us at support@sevrnce.com with your order number and we’ll help arrange an exchange, replacement, or refund.

How should I wash Sevrnce clothing?

Wash items on cold & delicate and hang dry. Avoid using a dryer, as high heat may damage fabrics or cause shrinking. Accessories should be washed at your own risk.

How do your items fit?

We include size charts on each product page, either in the images or description. Please refer to them before ordering. Need help? Contact us at support@sevrnce.com.

How long does shipping take?

All ready-to-ship orders are processed within 1–7 business days. However we try to ship between 1-3 business days.
For pre-order items, shipping times are listed in the product description.

Estimated delivery times:

  • USA - East Coast: 1–4 business days

  • USA - West  Coast: 2–6 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to over 170 countries. For international orders, addresses must be written in English to avoid returns.

We currently do not ship to certain countries, including Belarus, Ghana, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Myanmar, Nigeria, Palestinian Territories, Russia, or Zimbabwe.

Will I have to pay customs fees or duties?

For international orders, customs fees or duties may be charged by your country before your package is released. These charges vary by location and are the customer’s responsibility. Sevrnce does not reimburse or pay customs fees.
Check with your local customs office for details.

My tracking hasn’t updated or I haven’t received my order. What should I do?

If it’s been more than 7 days (USA) or 21 days (International) since shipment and your order hasn’t arrived:

  1. Check your tracking info for updates.

  2. Contact USPS or your local carrier for assistance.

  3. Visit your local post office to see if your package is being held.

Sevrnce is not responsible for lost packages once shipped. However, if the package isn’t delivered or returned, contact support@sevrnce.com and we’ll assist however possible.

What if my package is stuck in customs?

  1. Watch for emails or mail notifications from customs or your postal service.

  2. Contact your local post office for updates.

Customs delays are beyond our control, but most packages clear soon after processing.

What happens if my package is returned to sender?

If your order is returned to us, we’ll notify you. You can choose to have it reshipped (shipping charges apply) or receive a refund (excluding shipping fees).

My package was lost, stolen, or damaged. What can I do?

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit:

  • File a claim with your postal carrier (USA orders include $100 insurance).

  • If the carrier cannot assist, contact us at support@sevrnce.com.

Sevrnce is not liable for packages once they leave our facility.

I entered the wrong address or ordered the wrong size. Can I change it?

If your order hasn’t shipped, we can update your address or size if available. Once shipped, we cannot make changes.

I placed two separate orders. Can they be shipped together?

Unfortunately, we cannot combine multiple orders. Each order will ship individually.

I didn’t receive an email confirmation. What should I do?

If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 1 hour, check your spam/junk folder.
Still missing? Contact support@sevrnce.com with your name and order number.

I added an item to my cart, but it’s now sold out?

All products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. An item may sell out while you are checking out if another customer completes the purchase first.
